Pokémon TCG Pocket Expands with 'Mythical Island'

Pokémon TCG Pocket has launched its first major expansion, 'Mythical Island,' introducing over 80 new cards, including EX, full-art, and immersive cards. Notable additions are Mew EX, Aerodactyl EX, and Celebi EX. The expansion also features new Trainer cards and immersive visuals, enhancing the game's depth and appeal.


Pokémon GO's 'New Year's 2025' Event

From December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, Pokémon GO is hosting its 'New Year's 2025' event. The event includes Pokémon wearing party hats, special bonuses, and Timed Research tasks. Players can earn 2,025 XP for each excellent throw and enjoy extended bonuses on Adventure Incense until January 5. A free Timed Research task offers a beanie Pikachu encounter if completed before the event ends.


Pokémon TV Launches on YouTube

These upgrades can be purchased with PokéCoins, the game's premium currency, costing 200 coins for each upgrade. This increase is particularly beneficial for dedicated players frequently catching Pokémon and collecting items.

Pokémon Legends: Z-A has been announced for a 2025 release on the Nintendo Switch. The game will feature a return to Lumiose City of the Kalos region from Pokémon X and Y and will be the first appearance of Mega Evolution in a Pokémon game since Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!
