Thank you for choosing Card Pirate LLC! We value your support and strive to provide a top-tier experience for collectors and enthusiasts. To maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our trading card inventory, please note the following No-Return Policy:

No Returns or Exchanges

Final Sale:

• All trading card sales are final. This includes sealed products,

individual cards, and bundles. Returns or exchanges are not

accepted under any circumstances.

Condition:

• Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we cannot

accept returns based on condition concerns after purchase.

Please inspect items (where possible) prior to completing your

transaction.

Opened Products:

• Products that have been opened or tampered with are strictly

non-returnable.

Sealed Products:

• Returns are not accepted for sealed items such as booster

packs, booster boxes, or special sets, regardless of condition

after purchase.

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-orders are non-refundable. Please ensure your

commitment to the purchase before placing an order.

Exceptions

We recognize that issues can sometimes arise. The following exceptions apply:

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If your product is proven to be damaged or defective upon

receipt, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include

evidence (e.g. photos) to help us resolve the issue.

Shipping Errors:

• If we send the wrong product, please notify us within 2

business days of receipt to arrange a resolution.
